Having completed her postgraduate qualifications in Education, English and Speech and Drama, Michelle Shippel founded her first communications business in 2010.

The company was rebranded and re-launched in 2014 as Talkwell.

We are proud to have provided services to various bluechip and private clients helping them to achieve significant improvements in the way that they and their employees communicate.

These results have been attained through a systematic and highly effective process, which fosters productivity, elevates internal and external client relationships, helps drive sales and enhances customer retention.
